6.6.125

    Shipping Options:
  • Date Time - Added option to print User Name in addition to timestamp and added timestamp for releases.
  • Spacing - Added verbose spacing ability on Unshipped Orders, Sales Orders and Bill of Lading.
  • Shipping Messages: Shipping Messages will now only print on pre-printed forms.
  • Forms: Redesigned to allow for more uniformity in the forms.
    Images: Will display the data path and name needed to be displayed. If image is located message displayed will be Image Found. Images will not be displayed when sent in an email
    Top Left Image - If image is turned off Licensee Name and Address will be printed in top left of form otherwise image will be displayed if found.
    Top Right Image - Removed in all forms.
  • Addressing: Added ability to move address down or from the left between 0-9 lines. Also added ability to print Phone number and Fax under address.
  • Footer Lines (1-4): Renamed to Message line and will display at bottom of page.
  • Recipient Count - Adjusted recipient count to maximum of 5.
    Purchasing Options:
  • Messages button removed to provide for 2 Notes Lines within each form.
  • Date Time: Added ability to print time stamp and/or user name on all purchase orders.
  • Spacing: Added choice of verbose printing on purchase order lines.
  • Optional Purchase Order Date: Added optional date field which is only activated when a value is entered.
  • Forms: Redesigned layout
    Company name and address will print if a Message Image is not chosen.
    Addressing Field: Added ability to move address down up to 9 lines allowing for different Message Image size.
    Notes Lines: Added ability to include notes which will be displayed at bottom of form below totals box.
    Footer Line(1-4): Renamed to Message and will display at bottom of page below Note Lines.
    Recipient List: Adjusted Recipient count from 10 to 5.
    Inventory Options
  • Start Work Order with Item or Type: Added ability to start a Work Order with the Type field.
  • Cost of Goods Sold - Now posts in detail to ledger
