6.6 Release Notes

Major Changes

• All managed forms were redesigned to be more uniform. When the form is printed, emailed or browsed the form will no longer be rendered in text only

Minor Changes

• Added ability to move Address down up to 9 lines from the top of the form in Shipping Options.
• Added ability to move Address to the right up to 9 lines from the left of the form in Shipping Options.
• Phone Number and Fax can be displayed or hidden for Address information in Shipping Options.
• Footer Lines were renamed in Shipping Options to Message line and will display at bottom of page.
• Added ability to start a Work Order with the Type or Item field.
• Added option to print User Name in addition to timestamp in Shipping Options
• TopLeft, Background and Footer Image will display the data path and name needed to be displayed on a form. If image is located message displayed will be Image Found. If TopLeft Image is turned off the Licensee Name and Address will be printed. Note: Images will not be displayed when sent in an email
• TopRight Image was removed from all forms
• Added timestamp for Releases in Shipping Options.
• Freezer release now displays an internal release number in the header of the form and will display Order number on the top of the release form.
  
• Cost of Goods Sold - Now posts in detail to ledger
• Added ability in User Options to specify a maximum amount that a Purchase Order can be valued at.
• Changed Recipient count for Managed Forms from 10 to 5.
• Added verbose spacing ability on Unshipped Orders, Sales Orders and Bill of Lading
• Shipping Messages will now only print on pre-printed forms. Messages using a managed form should be put in the Notes or in a Message Line
• Messages button was removed in Purchasing Options and replaced with 2 Notes Lines for each form
